Okay. I haven't slept since I got here. I can't get this scanner to increase its range. I may strip it and do a complete rebuild. I've raided some trash cans but haven't come across anything helpful yet, which in a city this large, is a little odd.
I'm trying to figure out what the hell happened here. Security is so tight, I can't get anywhere near any of the construction sites. I can't find any information about what happened. I have, however, found an internet café, so I shall see what I can find online when it opens tomorrow.
It has rained practically all day. Hard. I loved it. After being on a desolate, flat land under a blazing sun for a few days, it was a pleasant change. It was so refreshing.
I'm currently contemplating calling in on UNIT. I really don't want to, but I may have to soon. I'll give it a few days, see what happens. Although, I did take a brief look at their headquarters here in Manhattan. They seem to have taken quite a beating.
Right, now I need to get some sleep and think things over.
